Who we serve
Most of the people we work with have one or more of the following: credit damage from a divorce or medical bill, heavy debt that's eating their monthly budget, or self-employment income that traditional lenders don't want to underwrite. None of those are deal-breakers in a rent-to-own structure.
How it works
You move in as a renter, but unlike a normal lease, a portion of every monthly payment goes toward owning the home. After 24 to 36 months, you exercise your option to purchase at the price locked in on day one. We help you fix credit and qualify for a mortgage in the background while you live in the home.
