What if my credit is below 580?

You're exactly who we built this for. Most of our customers come in with credit between 500 and 620. We focus on your income stability and your ability to make rent, not your past credit history. If you have a steady paycheck, you have a path to a home.

How much do I need upfront?

A small deposit (usually one month's rent plus a refundable security deposit). No 20% down. No closing costs. No origination fees. Most families move in for less than $5,000 total.

Will you pull my credit?

Yes, we'll do a soft credit check to determine what's stopping you from purchasing. A soft pull will not affect your credit score and won't show up on reports lenders see — it's the same kind of check Credit Karma uses. We use it to spot the one or two things actually holding you back so your advisor can show you exactly how to fix them. No application, no hard inquiry, no commitment.

What happens if I can't buy at the end?

You can walk away with no penalties. Or you can extend the lease and keep working toward ownership. Many families take 2 to 3 years to buy; some take longer. We're flexible because life is rarely a straight line.

How long until I actually own the home?

Most families buy within 2 to 3 years. A portion of every monthly rent payment builds toward your eventual down payment. The faster your credit recovers, the faster you can refinance into a traditional mortgage and own the home outright.

What if I lose my job?

We'll work with you. Contact us immediately and we have hardship pause options to keep you in the home while you get back on your feet. Life happens. Losing your home shouldn't be the consequence.
